Sunday, Aug 21, 2011 Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club presented Ezra Howard, WWII Veteran, 92nd Infantry Division. “The All Famous Buffalo Soldiers”,
State of Tennessee Proclamation. Also presented was the American flag flown over the United States Capital in honor of Ezra Howard.

Buffalo Soldiers M C Jackson, TN) RIDE to EZRA HOWARD 
APPRECIATION DAY, (Sharon, TN)           
SUNDAY, APRIL 10TH, 2011 More than 150 Bikes rolled north on Highway 45 to SHARON, TN. Bikes were lined up as far as the eyes can see….Words cannot express how the communities of West and Central Tennessee, and riders from as far south as Mississippi and as far north as Missouri and Illinois bridged the gap; coming out to support the ride from Jackson to Sharon, to honor Ezra Howard. Special thanks for the Invitation and Hospitality from the Ezra Howard family, the Mayor, the Library, and the City of Sharon for allowing the NABSTMC to be a part of and participate in honoring PFC Ezra Howard, WWII Veteran, 92nd Infantry Division. “The All Famous Buffalo Soldiers”. Buffalo Soldiers MC Chapter of Jackson VISIT                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    TENNESSEE STATE VETERANS HOME (Humboldt, TN)
The Buffalo Soldiers MC Chapter of Jackson Tennessee held their first visit on Saturday, April 3, 2010 to the Tennessee State Veterans Home (Humboldt Tennessee). The Buffalo Soldiers were warmly received bythe Activity Directors and the Veterans as the Soldiers joined these wonderful Veterans for a few games of Bingo.
The Buffalo Soldiers interacted with the Veterans by calling the Bingo games, assisting the Veterans with their games and presenting prizes for the games. It was enlightening to see the smiles on each of the Veterans faces as the Soldiers and Veterans had fun taking pictures. The Buffalo Soldiers felt honored and humbled as an invitation was extended to return for more Bingo games.                                



Buffalo Soldiers MC Chapter of Jackson, TN - Bikers Social Club for a Change event.
Members of the Buffalo Soldiers MC Chapters Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee road out on Saturday morning, April 3, 2010 in support of the Bikers and Social Club For a Change. The event was held near Lincoln Court Apartments in east Jackson and hosted by the Trinity Riders MC of Memphis, TN.


AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY’S RELAY FOR LIFE “RIDE FOR A CURE”
The Mayor of Hardin County Kevin Davis and local police officials along with members of the Buffalo Soldiers MC of Jackson, TN showed support and participated in the 2nd Annual “Ride For A Cure”.      The ride departed from Bumpus, Harley Davidson of Jackson with police escort and continued through some of the beautiful scenic trails of West Tennessee. We stopped for lunch at Lowes in Savannah, TN were the riders were greeted by the friendly staff and enjoyed a wonderful grilled lunch prepared for the riders . The local police officials escorted the riders out of Savannah and the ride ended at Redbones Bar and Grill of Jackson, TN. The 2nd Annual Ride “Ride for a Cure” held April 17, 2010 was sponsored by Lowes, Bumpus Harley Davidson and Redbones Bar and Grill. Veterans Memorial at Liberty Park   
 
Buffalo Soldiers Jackson, TN traveled to Birmingham, Alabama on Sep 11, 2010 for the Memorial Ride to the Veterans Memorial at Liberty Park. There was a moment of silence for all Veterans and of the innocent lives lost and affected by the evil terrorist attacks on America on Sep 11, 2001. The pictures are in the Photo Gallary along with pics from the amazing Buffalo Soldier Monument at Cavalry High School, in Huntville Alabama. 
 
 PV2 William Brandon DAWSON, TUNICA, MS OCT 8, 2010:

PV2 William Brandon Dawson served in the Army, assigned to the 17th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 3rd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, Fort Richardson, Alaska. PV2 William Brandon Dawson was born on August 18, 1990 and Killed In Action (KIA) on September 24, 2010 in Afghanistan. Brandon graduated fromRosa Fort High School, Tunica MS in 2009. An honor student on the football team, he enlisted in the military when he decided that this is what he wanted to do. After only 2 weeks in Afghanistan, Brandon was KIA at the young age of 20 from an attack of a shoulder launched explosive device.

Gibson County Training School, POLK-CLARK:

MILAN TN. 4 SEP10, BREiAKFAST AT O8OO, LINE UP AT O830. AT POLK CLARK SCHOOL. THIS IS A YEARLY EVENT. FOR ALL THE PAST GRADUATES OF THIS SCHOOL.  FOG Williamson Weddle Family Unity Walk 2010.
The Buffalo Soldiers attended the event, rode in the parade, and participated in the Williamson Weddle Family Unity Walk 2010. Two of our own Buffalo Soldiers attended school at Polk. The mascot was the Buffalo. Today, Polk is a historical land Mark as described in the article below. Gibson County Training School/Polk~Clark School 1926-1970
Organized in 1926, the Industrial Training School for Negroes was the only training school for Blacks in Gibson County. Later named Gibson County Training Schooo, it was the county's first four-year high school for Blacks. Students came from the towns of Kenton, Rutherford, Dyer, Trenton, Fruitland, Humboldt, Gibson and Milan. Prinicals were F.M. Dicky, T.R. Hartsfield, G.W. Anderson and W.J. Burnett. The school's first faculty consisted of Principal F.M. Dickey and teachers Flossie Dicky, Rubye Springer and Sleetie Clark. In 1961, to honor Dr. S.W. Polk and Mrs. Clark, the school's name was changed from GCTS to Polk~Clark High School. Between the years of 1926 and 1970, approximately 1,400 students were graduated from the school. The school's motto was, "Enter to Lean~~Go Forth to Serve". The school's colors were navy blue and white and its alma mater was, "Milan, Milan, We're Loyal To You". Because of desegregation, in 1970, after the graduation of the last 12th-grade class, the school's name was changed to Polk~Clark School for grades K through 3. In 1994, Polk~Clark was replaced by a new elementary school serving students from grades K through 5.
